Learning self defense tips for bullying

Great convo and self defense tips at "NoRoomForBullying" event with MommyLok and Gracie Barra Long Island and Bicultural Mama.

I was surprised to find out my son knows more about bullying then I thought! Def time to start teaching him how to stand up to bullies.
